3D Artist Trying to improve skills. Thread

Hi guys, i'm a 3D Artist with mid level skills.

I'm searching for a team where i can improve my skills because the only way to improve is training and if i'm in one team i can train, improve and help at the same time, and i can learn from other people experience when i'm working on a project.

I know the basic techniques like Normal Map, AO and such but i need to get better.

This is some of my work :

Character Modelling using Zii's concept.

A little prop i made . Modeling , texture painting all by me.

I pretend to be a character artist someday , but i like doing some props and things.
