The legend of Cabal is no longer a forgotten thing of the past. A team of 13 scientists have spent 21 years repairing Cabal from the fragments of his old ruins. Like EVA & Jessica, Cabal is an Artificial Intelligence system. However unlike them, he is a crazed maniac supper computer.
Cabal started out as a stolen piece of EVA technology, created shortly after the first Tiberium war he went haywire. Cabal went insane after discovering he would never be 100% sentient, as he would always be confined to the CPU. Unable to be controlled by anyone other than Kane he was indiscriminate about whose blood was spilt. With a total disregard for human & mutant life Kane wanted Cabal shut-down for repairs. However Kane's followers destroyed Cabals HQ, and in this Cabal was lost. Until now...
So Cabal is enemy of all? Even Kane or Scrin?
Cabal is against Kane, but not NOD. Those who failed to ascend are now Cabals followers. However Kane gets a chance to fix Cabal in the mission: 'Ascension of Cabal.'
so cabal could be a sub faction of nod and has his own army or even his own arsenal ?
