Ya, Tatoo is the name of the system. Tatooine is the name of the planet :)

I like what is already there, but will new systems be added eventually?
Like the map but it seems to be missing some planets.
I was wondering about the addition of new systems because your time frame is around the same time as the Thrawn campaigns so I was thinking of planets like Honoghr and New Cov and Abregado that were part of that storyline but aren't mentioned here.
I think the most important missing systems are those for Naboo and Geonosis. Also, as I am not a modder I do not understand the difficulties that come with making an entire sytem, so sorry if I have requested something that isn't feasible.
