Anyone and every one can play Critical Collapse, but for co-designers, it is a hard road, however when it comes to research. The game is easily edited, one can learn the basics in about five minutes, yet the research that goes into a single aspect can take a minimum of months! Initial research might be a few hours to get the concepts but to fine tune these concepts requires diligence, careful reading and verifications from reliable sources. This is not an easy project for the weak of mind, one almost becomes an armature scientist during the process if not an actual scientist.
