What a hell of a ride. Two release delays later I finally managed to put out this way more polished version. I'm very sorry for the recent delays, additional time was absolutely necessary to get things going.
The SDK now has a fully working component system, App infrastructure, working World system and a first App called "Tex3D" that efficiently renders Textures in 3D Space.
This time serialization and Actor <-> Component synchronization really gave me headaches, but these fundamental problems are finally over now. We now have a modern component system in Unreal Engine 1...

For users who have downloaded yesterday's version: I forgot to mention that you need to change UT's main render, sorry! Please change the entry Render=Render.Render in your UnrealTournament.ini File into Render=sdkEngine.sdkRender. This is included in the latest upload from now on.
