I take it this has all the speech files? so i dont have to download them?
when u install this just dont remove the audio folder and itll all work fine
there is no music or sound effects
I think I'll wait for a later release. This is still gonna be awesome though.

can u help me plz try 2 play this but its locking up wan it loadin im got windons 7 and its x64 i think i install it rits i did uninstall v0.4 but i had download to my desktop and move the files in to FOC foldder is the Resources files go in that bit 2 or in the mods date folder ? i hope u can help
resources in the vanilla data folder, as for the load, give it a few minutes, it takes up to 5 on my laptop, its a veary heavy mod
wen i downloaded i got a resources folder as wel as the mods folder bat file and read me were sud i put resources and as 4 the loading i keep get this ( an exception has occurred see _ logfile.txt and except.txt for details ) but i dont know what 2 look 4 in the files 2 fix it lol
odd about the exception, put the resources folder into the data folder, the data folder at the same level as the mods folder, i just forgot to fix that in the readme

i can't launch it if i click the .bat file nothing happens
odd, if u installed it in the right place it should work
you can just make yourself a shortcut.. its very easy
i've also put in the MODS folder and it asked me to replace it with the old one and i've clicked yes to all
i just noticed the starship trooper fighters are way overpowered they took ou my ancient battleship the deadalus and 20 fighter groups before they died (there were 5 of them)
well im dling it now ill post if i have any problems. but i dont think i will :p
well its a great mod. ive played all the factions in skirmish but when i put the difficulty to medium you just cant win.. they have now mining roids but they seem to have uber credits to spend when im poor. and i cant even destroy 1 squadron of fighters when i have 8 squadrons of mine on them.. and on easy they build NOTHING but easy ships then medium they go all out and are unstoppable.. its very frustrating.. big balance issue from one difficulty to the next.. i dont even want to try it on hard :/
I disagree, I have fun on Medium and Hard. Easy is too easy though, and Star Wars seems a bit overpowered to me...

Can someone help me out. i am running windows vista and i am having a (xml parse error - file ./data.xml/GUIDialogs.xml: file has syntax errors, see log file) every time i try to start the game, could someone help me out

I've got a strange problem. When the mod loads, everything seems ok but I get only 3 factions. Star Trek is missing from both skirmish and galactic conquest. I started a skirmish battle between Stargate and BSG but my units were all Star Wars vanilla ones and the BSG units were all vanilla Consortium! Any ideas?!
Sounds like a lot of the files didn't install maybe? Did you try to reinstall the mod/redownload it?
I tried reinstalling but it doesn't work. I checked the files and they all seem to be there! The Data folder is 1.8 GB in size. I'm gonna redownload the mod today and see if it works.

you need to put the music patches in the MODS/DATA/ folder. If you still dont get sound, no idea
yeah i know, i tried but still nothing. but il figure it out. btw what spacestation u put in editor, so in game you can choose to what faction it changes, like in normal skirmish maps?

why some ships (like asgard beliskner and the ST small ship boss, who is on map like star destroyer and moves so slow) have no texture, only green one, allso the Starship troopers are way-overpowered, one ship shot rockets like drones and i killed with 3 of em both enemies lol

check the GAW site, and the install tutorial i put up there, try that, its a bit different to install, but it should solve all the issues

i have an open isssue: if i want to launch it the black screen comes for les then 1 second and then dissepars and nothing else happens ps. sorry for my bad englisch but i'm dutch.
it means uve installed me files into the wrong folder
is it normal that i have no descriptions in this mod? I have seen some datafiles in the text folder of the mods directory but ingame i only get [missing] (everywhere where should stand text except the main menu there is the standard foc text). Are there problems with a non-english foc version (german version)?
yep, what uve got to do is open the text folder and chnage english in the filename to what ever language u use, it should sort itself
How do you download a .rar file? I can only get .zip files. Can someone plz tell me?
