Description
A singleplayer mod for Half-Life based on a new version of Half-Life FX engine. While the main mod, HLFX:Single, that uses maximum of engine features, is still being developed, you can have an opinion of relatively small project entitled HLFX: Lost in Black Mesa. This is a Russian version (please download and install English patch to change Russian texts into English).

Finally an update. I'll give it a try.
Only 4 maps? But great effects. I had to play it on low graphics because my mouse is buggy and it makes me a lot of problems... And nice psychics.
Does This works with WON version of HL???
WON version is a bit buggy, like the flashlight, it was just keep turn on/off/on/off/on... it wasn't my video card (mostly because i don't have one)
This actually was created for WON version of HL 1.1.1.0. But it is reported it also works on Steam version. The problems are often because of high system requirements and some video card incompatibility, not HL version.

well, i got only one problem. it lagged non-stop after the gargantua boss battle and i killed the 2 soliders that blasted the door. it lagged, and lagged, and lagged. i saved also. when i restarted it and loaded it it was still lagging. i had to restart the game, from level 1.
its still a great game, but i had a few "ugh. that wasn't cool." things.
one was that the game ended after killing that crapass gargantua. it was also rly short, overall, great game.
won't work when i run it from it's own system folder .. causes blue screen of death on my pc ... any ideas on a fix for that?
Are you able to run it as normal HL mod? WON version of HL is preferable. And don't forget about its high system requirements - it may not work on low-end or builtin video.

I can't run this :X , 1st when i installed it didnt even load , fixed that , then whilst loading i got "Fatal Error filesystem.dll missing" fixed that too. And now i started it again , it started loading the game *WOW* and showed another ****ing damn fatal error saying could not find "decals.wad" in "DEFAULTGAME" search path. WTF ??? i looked and there WAS decals.wad in all needed directories .... HELP omg !!!
my game says insert hl cd, and when I put in the cd it says over and over again Insert hl cd..
I have to say it was really short, and I didn't understand the story line really that well. BUT The details, textures , models, and great battles senses including parts where you had to use your brain lol made up for that. Amzaing Mod and I can't wait for the next one you make like this one. I hope you do though.
Guys , install the game in other folder , not Half life folder , and start the game in "system" folder

Hi I'm running the setup Bat sorting settings trying medium high, maximum. When game starts get intro menu then black screen with music. after that i press escape key then screen comes up but no mouse movement just music. please help. I

Try to launch this mod on Xash3D for stable works without bugs.
I run the game after running lbm_fix and the game comes up to the menu, I choose 'new game' - 'easy', and the screen shows the 'chain studios screen, and plays music, I then click 'resume game', the door and eye scanner appear, stays black, I hit escape, and
get the menu, but there is no mouse pointer and the keyboard does not allow me to move toward the door.
I'm running 1920x1080 widescreen
I switched the video setting to lower video quality and the
game stopped crashing. Scenes are a bit pixellated, tho :>
You need launch this mod on Xash3D for stable works.
