is there any way to enable the console with these shaders, it seems that I cannot type in anything as it gets deleted right away...

Just pause first, then it will work fine.

That's it. Or, go to the main menu.

Could you elaborate which parameter you had to change so that others might benefit from your solution as well?

i lowered SSH_WEIGHTS in ShaderSettingsSunShafts from (0.35,0.35) to (0.10,0.10) that seemed to lower the brightness of the sun rays and coincidentally also reduced the brightness of that sun glare film when facing the sun.. which btw somehow manages to cut down my fps from 90 (when I'm not facing the sun) to 45 when i am.. maybeit needs more optimization?

I'd also recommend changing SSH_SUNHEIGHTHI and SSH_SUNHEIGHTMAX from (1.0) to (0.800) and from (0.800) to (0.600) respectively as doing so prevented sunshaft from being displayed in bad weather conditions.

and i lowered ZOOM_MAXCOF and ZOOM_FACTOR in ShaderSettings from (80) to (60) and from (10) to (7.5) as i found the blur of the dof to harsh when zooming.

You might have a look at this:

Gsc-game.com

The linked video there seems not to be online anymore but when it was it looked pretty much like yours. So it basically seems to be an issue coming up depending on video card settings (or problems), not one of Dynamic Shaders. Since the mod heavily increases the load on the video card such issues might occur more often than without the mod.

Also you might try changing your sun settings in user.ltx to these:

r2_sun on
r2_sun_depth_far_bias 0.
r2_sun_depth_far_scale 1.00003
r2_sun_depth_near_bias -0.00004
r2_sun_depth_near_scale 1.00003
r2_sun_details on
r2_sun_focus on
r2_sun_near 25.
r2_sun_near_border 1.
r2_sun_tsm on
r2_sun_tsm_bias -0.05
r2_sun_tsm_proj 0.18

Thanks, glad it worked. Which one did the trick, the video card issue or the user settings?

r2_sun_near was the culprit, i set it to default 10 and that solved my issues
