List of Bugs
- AI sounds not playing on dedicated server
- Time of day not moving on DX10 servers
- Sometimes cutscenes don't skip for all players
- Chance of crash on AI death
- Getting into vehicles AI have died in cause problems on the client
- Some animations are not networked
- Enabling/Disabling of vehicles not correctly synced
- Awareness meter flickering (sv_restart should fix this)
- UI localisation problems (lots of @UI_blabla messages)
- Extract the rar to your Crysis Wars mod folder
- Run either the 64 or 32bit launcher from the mod folder.
- If you are the host bring up the console by pressing the ` key.
- Type the following commands into the console
sv_gamerules coop
map island s
- If you are a client connect to the host server through the server listings
- Run towards the US flag to begin the map once all players are ready
- As the host type sv_restart into the console if there are any game-breaking bugs (AI not shooting, not all players are placed into the level)
Due to the Gamespy closure it may be difficult to get a server running we personally use EvolveHQ. Though other services such as Hamachi and Tuungle should also work.
Future versions will move away from Crysis wars and back onto the original Crysis. We will also release the source code in our next release for those who wish to make any adjustments or improvements.

But why oh why do people pack stuff in rar, this will exclude quite some folks from using the download. Zip is so much simpler and supported virtually everywhere.
The a stands for alpha and the 0.1 is the version number

Hello, can you help with troubleshooting ? I have installed the mod into the root folder of my Steam Crysis Wars version, but "sv_gamerules coop" "map island s" commands are not seem to be working, what seem to be the problem?

Crysis wars? IT has been so loong, is crysis wars MP for Warhead or MP for normal Crysis? Or standalone Crysis?
Crysis Wars is multiplayer only and combines both games in terms of multiplayer content, and Coop is developed for Crysis Wars MP :)

I tried it but there is no KI on the map. Also, i cant destroy anything like palm trees, barrels....
While loading the map, I have certain errors like "[flow] Coop_Logic_Server: Failed to create node '9' of type 'EventSynchronizer:EventSender' - FLOWGRAPH DISCARDED". Is this "normal" in the early stage of development or this is prevent a working KI?
You say there is cutscene support. Does this mean, that the beginning cutscene should start, when I run towards the us flag? For me, nothing happens.
Errors like that are usaully caused when the map is loaded without the mod, make sure you crysis wars shortcut has
-mod crysiscoop
in it

I use Evolve to play in LAN but for some reason Crysis Wars and Evolve don't like each other, if I launch Evolve first then Crysis , game crashes at start... Any suggestions?
Open crysis wars first and THEN open Evolve. This happens to alot of games, besides crysis wars (like MTA).

I can't make a server .. I have loaded the map by console but client can't find the match .. tried a few commands like sv_lanonly but no works :(
ok I got it almost working changing island game mode to instant action . I don't know how to host a server in single player mode

Hey devs! Thx for the mod. Problems/bugs we found are: host is instantly dead after running to the flag, nanosuit wont activate. Otherwise it runs smooth.

Well done! You managed to get the AI working like normal and even the scripts work.
Your EventSynchronizer is very cool! What I would do next, is combine the 2 nodes, so dont have to split everything into 2 parts. I just looked it up, you have used this node at least 100-200 times. And made a bool option for "ServerOnly" or something like that to avoid the GetSystemEnv. Node. I wouldnt change it in island anymore, you already did the work, but you might be able to save some time in other levels. But very well done! I hope you see this post sometime.
