C&C Untitled V3.76 Patch file

NOTE: REUPLOADED TO FIX A MAJOR BUG WHERE SOME UNITS ARE MISSING AUDIO SFXS

Same installation as the previous patch, just extract where you installed C&C Untitled v 3.7 and you're good to go. If it asked to overwrite some files, do it, DO IT NOW.

This patch practically contains the fixes present on the previous patch so you won't need the previous 3.75 patch since the fixes stacks with each patch version.

GENERAL FIXES AND CHANGES:
-Conducted minor art bug fixes, optimizations and improvements.
-Fixed animation detail issues.
-Fixed hotkey issues.
-Fixed skirmish maps issues and bugs.
-Fixed bug where some weapons has such a low minimum range that they don't even do damage.

AI:
-Further fixed a few more internal coding errors to accomodate the reintroduction of the AI.
-This AI script fix is still in very alpha stage so don't expect it to work 100%.
-Fix is provided by Sato-kun, the mod leader and author of the 'Condition Zero' Mod;

CIVILIANS:
-Garrisonable civilian structures now have a variance in their hitpoints value;
this change should make the urban battlefield abit more dynamic.

-Minor improvements, clean up and post-editing were done.

now it just requires the powerplant as a prerequisite like in vGen again.

SPEAKER TOWER:
-Increased healing delay on the engineers kit upgrade from 1.1 to 1.5 seconds.

-Major rework has been made to the weapon systems of the pantsir to make it far more efficient.
-Due to the major rework, the pantsir gains two fire modes:
-Auto-cannon mode:

that can also target ballistic missiles.
-SAM mode:
;- +60% more range and damage than the auto-cannons and
as a trade off, it cannot target ballistic missiles and
at a cost of a much slower rate of fire.
