Age of Empires III Special Civs for ESO (August 23) file

This is from iamchanceless' mod from aoe3.heavengames.com, where I have uploaded it here because it works in coordination with my Gates for the AI + Proto Mod and N3O Fan Patch Added Pack 1.3zRa.

To access the new civilizations online, you must install for one civ, then launch Vanilla, then quit, then install the other one, until you get the civs you want to play with. (Malta, Black's Mercenaries, United States, Pirates and the Circle all work with the mini-mod).

Install these first, then uninstall, then put back mini-mod files into place, and play Asian Dynasties for new cards!
