An international group aiming to create and develop mods mainly for Age of Empires II: The Conquerors and WW's C&C series (particularly Red Alert 2: Yuri's Revenge).

This group is also something like a coalition of RA2:YR mods, only one person works on each mod, but we help each other out too.

Hmmm, afaik, you must give the mod a developer (by editing the mod general info)...

... or link new files, news, etc. to the mod, should work somewhat too. :-)
