Raidcall uses the Client-Server Model to transfer data, rather than using the P2P Model such as Skype, which takes up more bandwidth from user. When user is talking in this Client-Server model, RaidCall sends one stream of data to the RaidCall server , then the server broadcasts it to other users in the same channel. Hence it requires very little bandwidth for voice communication and support more than 1000 slots per channel.

Today we are really pleased to announce that with our official release version of RaidCall 5.0.0 we have introduced some exciting new features.This is a very important time for RaidCall and we'd like you to take at some of the changes we've made.Raidcall client changes:
1. Redesigned UI.
2. Ability to upload custom server logo.
3. Multi-button mouse support for hotkey setup.
4. URL links are clickable in chat.
5. Channels auto expand when connecting to server.
6. Server location option added.
7. New feedback system.Overlay changes:
1. IM system implemented in overlay.
2. Speaker position can be customized in overlay.
3. A server ping icon has been added.
4. Overlay windows management automatically.
5. Notification for new messages both in game and out of game.
6. Option to change overlay skin.
7. Overlay goes live in the following games.

TorchlightBugs fix:
1. Fixed Starcraft II overlay activation problem
2. Fixed Raidcall refresh itself in overlay mode
3. Fixed the bug where a server logo would fail to upload.
4. Fixed a problem that arises when trying to change hotkeys.
5. Fixed UI and text errors.
6. The 'start with windows’ problem has been resolved.
The default status for overlay is set to 'close.'
If you want to active overlay once game starts, please make sure:
A. Make sure tick “active overlay once game starts” in overlay settings
B.Open the configuration file “raidcall/flash/config.xml”under RaidCall install directory and change Autostart parameter setting to “1” in corresponding games option.
Please note that overlay may or may not work properly set to loading automatically as the game starts.Don't be the last one to log in to RaidCall! Get in before the others do.Best Regards,RaidCall Team
