EVERYONE! How to fix Desura Crash fix:
Step 1: Run Desura in Compatibility mode.
Step 2: Run Desura as an Administrator.
Step 3: Install Half Life 2 : Wars.
After install, you can either keep running as an administrator, or you can run Desura in Offline mode.
This mod looks amazing, though sadly I can't play it, neither can many other people. And sadly all help has utterly failed. Nothing useful has come across us. It's mostly the same problem. We usually own Half-Life 2: Episode 2 and Alien Swarm, we go to Desura, find Half-Life 2: Wars, attempt to install it, and then Desura crashes with an Error message. "An error has occurred that is preventing Desura from running correctly. Restarting Desura should allow you to continue, otherwise you can clean your Desura install by forcing and update." This is starting to **** me off. But I doubt any useful help will come across.
when I tried to download it, it caused desura to not go online so I cant play it cause it cant download and I have to go offline
i try to install it, but after ive p[icked witch folder to put it in (temp,downloading, (stean username) ) and that, desura crashes when i install it. someone said it would be an issue with the mod having a complex install.
I tried the program data delete that worked to RUN desura but everytime after if i try to reinstall Full Invasion 2 mod it starts to install then Desura crash
That is an issue with the mod having complex installs, uninstall FI2 and you will have no issues running Desura. - Henly.

Awesome MOD dev team! I love it! absolutely love it! please don't stop development. I mainly play single player skirmishes against AI at increasingly difficult skill levels for fun, or with a friend as a partner against an AI team. glad you started to implement computer players and I can't wait to see this in full release. Im dieing, really. One of the best mod idea and mods I've ever seen.
