A 2K Boston Australia programmer known as "Farbs" has decided to take his leave from his current position and move into the Indie developer scene. I couldn't think of a more creative way to both resign and still give a vote of confidence then with the little flash game for his fellow co-workers. You can play the little flash game below and visit Farbs site here.
Farbs wrote: I wish my boss was a jerk. Then I could have etched “I QUIT” into his monitor. I could have spat my resignation in his face, literally, in morse code. My job is quite cool though, and my boss is a lovely person. Unfortunately, while I love making small games, my employer makes big games. Whatever could I do?
Now I have seen quite a few real world applications for modding/game designing in general, some are more practical then others but non-the-less it is still interesting to see what people come up with. Now a question for all of you who read this, what other applications have you seen or have you use modding for to help get your point across? Obvious ones would be job applications and the above mentioned marriage proposals, so I'm looking for something more unique. Make sure you let us know in the comments!
