Started awhile back by various authors, not ever complete. Changes various weapon sounds with ones found on soundbible and freesound.org. Can use old pistol sound or metallic shotgun pump.

Yeah, The Pistol sound is okay. The Metallic pump action is alright, it's not as good as the default sounds. I use custom sounds myself but don't know how to form them into a wad or pk3 file, Im just copy and past them into brutalv20 after downloading them. I would definitely like to upload them in the future as I feel like they are the best sounds for the shotgun fire and pistol fire. over all, I'd give this sound mod either an eight or a seven. It's better than other sound mods, but not as good as the default sounds. Hope this helps!
for those custom sounds, just name them as the original ones in the BD file and put them into a zip file, then rename the zip file and put.pk3 on the end and youre done! (if it doesnt work plz dont sue me XD)
Use 7z, not ZIP, at maxed settings.

Good job! The single barrel shottie can use a volume boost imo. But I like it. And as nice as I find it, it sounds at least 3 notches lower than the rest. The double barrel is my favorite altered sound! The blast sounds EPIC lol!
And truthfully, I prefer all of your altered sound choices except one. The chaingun. I still like it, but the original chaingun sound seems 'heavier' to me. Perhaps you can make yours sound 'heavier' like a turret?
Everything else is BRUTAL! 9/10 And I'm glad I found this :-)
Came for the shotgun pump sound. I like it, but the sound plays when the gun returns to the ready-to-fire state in front of you, which gets annoying in a long run.
