this "modified skill.cfg without using cheats" scripted by Rainbowdash98
ok this modified skill.cfg make those anyone who don't want using the cheats container NPC:
Hgrunt had 100HP in easy 150HP on Medium and 200HP on hard , healthkit when you pickup goes up to 80hp instead 25 of 15 (Like L4D2) and battery will give you 100 instead 15 on regular skill.cfg,
health and hev charger have unlimited so you guy can charge how long what you guy one weapon: .357 had 55 damage per shot in easy 65 on Medium and 75 on Hard instead 40, 9mmAR had 10 damage per shot in Easy,15 damage on Medium, 20 damage on Hard instead 5, 9mmhandgun had 8 damage per shot in easy, 16 damage on Medium instead 8 on regular.Helicopter and V22 had 550hp on easy, 650hp on Medium and 700hp on hard.

Hgrunt: they came with different submodels container here:
standard(gas mask):this one difficult to perform headshot on this script i try this and i fail only way to perform headshot on them is a using .357 magnum of shoot on they body using 9mmAR.
Hgrunt(Balaclava,squad leader and demolition):this one is very easy to perform headshot with every weapon but you guy had to be becareful of them beacause i just modified the shotgun and ARgrenades damage, so i just die in the chapter "On A Rail", mountain pass in "Surface Tension" and "questionable Ethic".

ok so when you guy look on "sk_12mm_bullet1,2,3" is a mounted gun damage so you guy had more be careful when you see Hgrunt control the mounted gun around the area in chapter "On A Rail" i fucked up and i die in this chapter 2 times.
Noted: i just modified some "// monster damage adjusters" to make game easy and more Realistic increase Barney 9mmhandgun damage for every Barney skin
