Description

Makes suspects much faster, there is no Unauthorised use of Force penalty, other penalties are more harsh like injuring/killing an officer or failing to report a downed officer. Many weapon changes.


***A.I Changes***


. Decreased time before we stop trying to attack if we can't hit the suspect.

. Decreased time before suspect shoots at an opening door.

. Decreased time before trying a blocked door again.

. Decreased cuffing distance between players.

. Decreased the time it takes to fully Lean.

. Decreased Crouch Eye Height of player.

. Increased A.I's skill.

. Increased chance that a suspect will lock the door.

. Increased chance that a suspect will crouch when he reaches his flee point.

. Increased number of Pepper Balls used per suspect/hostage.

. Increased time before going through a door.

. Increased chance that a hostage will scream when there's a shot nearby.

. Increased distance at which the player can report AIs to TOC.

. Increased weapon bob.


***Misc Settings Changes***


. Added custom H.S.M.E data on to Multiple GUI Screens.

. Added city camo to single Player swat officers.

. Added player tags back that was removed on TSS.

. Added ATL Skin Pack v1.0

. A.I Swat Officers now use heavy Armour in Single Player.

. Made the effects of CS Gas & Pepper-Ball effect player in Single Player.

. Players in coop games can now receive more damage.

. Renamed Key weapons to real live names.

. Replaced suspects urban skin with a new Protec skin.

. Improved some of the Equipment & Skin GUI's.

. Increased the penalty for injuring a fellow officer.

. Increased the penalty for Incapacitating a fellow officer.

. Increased the penalty for Incapacitating a hostage.

. Increased the penalty for failing to report a downed officer.

. Removed Unauthorized Use of Force

· Removed Unauthorized Use of Deadly Force


***Equipment Changes***


. Added Gas Kevlar to SP & MP gives the user protection from gas & ballistics.

. Added Goggles to SP & MP gives little protection to the user.

. Added Kevlar Helmet to SP & MP also decreased damage protection.

. Added Protec Helmet to SP & MP also increased damage protection.

. Added Riot Helmet to SP & MP with First Person GUI Overlay.

. Added New Default Custom Skin [City Camo] for swat in Multiplayer.

. Added New Default Custom Skin [Russian Tropical] for suspect in Multiplayer.

. Added protection from flashbangs to Helmet With Goggles & Riot Helmet in Multiplayer.

. Added protection from pepper spray to goggles.

. Increased protection given by the gas kevlar.

. Made Gas Mask only available to Suspects.

. Made Gas Kevlar only available to swat.

. Retextured glass of Riot Helmet,Gas Kevlar,Goggles & Helmet With Goggles with a more realistic look.


Note: Gas Mask & Gas Kevlar Resists Pepper-Spray and Pepper-Gun.

· Added Auto, Burst and Single Shot to All Sub Machine Guns.

. Added Correct ammo for ak74su,HK53 & SR25.

. Added Custom Information to the Opti-Wand Display Screen.

. Added Extra Clip/Mag to AK47.

. Added Extra Clip/Mag to Colt Accurized Rifle .

. Added Extra Clip/Mag to G36c.

. Added Extra Clip/Mag to M4A1.

. Added Extra Clip/Mag to P90.

. Added Extra Clip/Mag to Tec-9.

. Added New Weapon texture to the M4A1.

. Added New Weapon texture to the P90.

. Added AK47,Python Revolver & Uzi to single player.

. Added Flash Light back to Breaching Shotgun.

. Corrected A.I idle animation on the guns from H.S.M.E v2.0.

. Decreased the Time is takes to Switch Between Primary and Secondary Weapons.

. Decreased the sting Grenade duration for No armour & light armour.

. Increased ammo count of Breaching Shotgun.

. Increased ammo count of Pepper Spray.

. Increased damage done by Breaching Shotgun.

. Increased Recovery Rate speed of reticule Blooms for all weapon apart from HK69 & SAW and Hand Guns.

. Increased UMP45 Fire rate.

. Increased Refresh rate & FOV of the Opti-Wand.

. Increased zoom speed on all weapons.

. Breaching Shotgun can now be used as a lethal weapon.

. Replaced flashbang with Multi flashbang. [has longer effects to both player & A.I]


***{Experimental}***


. Replaced sound effects of the SR25.

. Reset Tasers Fire Rate, Range & Ammo count to default from H.S.M.E v2.0.

. Disabled Zoom on Taser Gun.

. Disabled Zoom on HK69 Grenade Launcher.

. Disabled Zoom on Pepper-ball Launcher.

. Made AK74su suspect only.

. Made HK53 Swat only.

. Made SR25 suspect only.

. Made G3ka4 available to both Swat & Suspects.

. Made Desert Eagle available to both Swat & Suspects.

. Made UMP45 available to both Swat & Suspects.

. Moved HK69 to Secondary Weapon slot. [Only available in Secondary slot]

. Moved Less Than Lethal Shotgun to Primary & Secondary Weapon slot.

. Moved Pepper-Ball gun to Primary & Secondary Weapon slot.

I am looking for someone who can help me put the guns of 11-99 Enhancement alongside the gameplay changes of SAS mod on TSS for a great single player / co-op experience. Anyone willing to help please contact me somehow on moddb.

I am borderline willing to pay money for this. I think that at this point SWAT 4 deserves a respectable, comprehensive mod pack.

Of course any other adaptations are okay, but the more guns, maps, and AI / roe changes the better. I want someone to help me accomplish this, if only just porting 11-99 to TSS.

While the delay added to the squad before they enter a room seems interesting (they enter too quickly after dropping CS in), there too many dislogical points. Why would a riot helmet protect you from a GSS and how would a jacket protect you from gaz, for example? Also, too many skin alteration.
