Halo 3: ODST and Halo 3 Silenced SMG Reanimation addon

This is a ReAnimation of the Silenced SMG and the SMG for Halo 3 and Halo 3 ODST. I've been fiddling with these for waay too long, so I figured I might as well finally release my very first Halo mod. Note: This is only the animation graph data, and the sound files.
