Incredible! Your original toreador retexture has always been my go-to but this one is even better! Her face, gosh! The makeup is perfect!! And thank god you didn't use the white jacket mesh for the last armour, that one is completely unusable with the physics. Love finally having the option to wear the best armours!!
Have you considered a red-haired version like the vanilla? I've always loved her red hair.

I pasted the two folders to the one that contains vampire.exe and yet it doesn't work.

It's okay, you're not idiot, just don't past these two folders to the one that contains vampire.exe.
Past these two folders into "vampire" folder or "unofficial_patch" folder.
The path is supposed to look like this:
,,C:\Games\Vampire - The Masquerade Bloodlines\VAMPIRE\materials\models\character\pc\female\toreador''
and
,,C:\Games\Vampire - The Masquerade Bloodlines\VAMPIRE\models\character\pc\female\toreador''
Check your folder paths, please.
