This is a complete outfit replacer for the female Malkavian Fledgling, built out of existing VTMB assets. It also includes matching inventory images.
The point is to give her more practical, less revealing clothing. What I actually put her in is what I, completely subjectively, think looks good. I also cleaned up her head, but I made sure to not change what she looks like.
The mod uses her original hair, eye and teeth textures. The modded body and face textures have unique names, so they shouldn't conflict with anything else. The models and inventory images overwrite the originals, so they are incompatible with any other mods that change the female Malk.

Install instructions:
Copy the "materials" and "models" folders into "[...]Activision\Vampire - Bloodlines\Vampire\"
[...] is where you installed VTMB; Program Files, Program Files (x86), or some other folder you install your games to. Placing it in the Vampire directory means the models will show up in any other large gameplay mod (the Unofficial Patch, Clan Quest Mod, etc) that doesn't replace her models.
Update (22 May 2023):
-Fixed a few minor errors on the weight painting.
-Fixed a few minor errors on the seams between parts of the models.
