ETL Ice (v3) addon

Visual overhaul of the original Ice which was created by id software. All credit for the map resides with id software. As part of ET: Legacy development effort proven community maps are selected due to polished gameplay and receive a visual overhaul. For Ice that included a more atmospheric lighting, cleaner collision and a colour coded facility structure to simplify call-outs to teammates.
