Description
Customized Debug Menu for Deus Ex: Invisible War. Paste the [DebugMenu]-content from the DX2UI.ini under the one existing in the game's System folder. DX2Menu.ini can be overwritten. Be sure to make backups of the original DX2UI.ini and DX2Menu.ini files first - in case you don't like it. Usage: Access the menu by pressing ESC / entering the Main Menu. Click with your mouse to browse and / or apply commands. To close a list exit the Menu and press Backspace in-game. Have fun.

The menu doesn't pop up. :(
If anyone's using the Visible Upgrade mod ( Moddb.com - which you should be if you aren't), you'll need to edit the DX2UI.ini in "C:\ProgramData\Deus Ex 2 Visible Upgrade\Installed Mods\Unified Texture Pack\System" instead.
There's already a [DebugMenu] entry in there, so you'll search for it and paste over it with the text from the DX2UI.ini in the zip file.
