Darker Nights for Static Lighting addon

If you are tired of nights looking like a filter and not being dark this addon is for you! I have personally tried many weather addons that promised to make nights darker! But most of these addons were not made for Static Lighting it seems! I found other addons which worked with DX8 but were not dark enough! So thats why I made this addon! It wont be the darkest nights you ever see but It is ideally dark for me. Don't expect pitch black nights in this mod I only made them darker how much I think is good while not being bright or too dark that I cant see.Flashlights will become useful again and Night Vision will be a must have if you wanna go out in the dark. You will be able to see in the dark though but you will need to concentrate to spot enemies or anomalies.Nights will be dark but not too much.I provided comparison pictures.And read the txt file.Sun will fade at 20:00 and rise at 5:00.Minor changes were made to evenings and mornings. THIS MOD IS FOR STATIC LIGHTING ONLY!!!!!!!!!!!
