First open up Super Sandbox Mod and go to options Keyboard and then click advanced options on the bottom of the options window and select enable developers console then open the console with the ` key on the upper left corner of your keyboard and type this in the console: map ssm_example.
There ya have it a map!
If ya wan't to build then enter: map ssm_sandbox if you want scares then enter this in the console: map ssm_house 1 and only 1 or you will be all the way into the level of the map like two three or four.
