Update 45: RGB news

Yeah hey, it's one of those updates again.

Visual Updates:

• New cameos for things!
• GLA Biplane cameo
• M198 American Artillery cameo
• GLA Demo Hellfire Attack Aircraft cameo
• Plague Fist missile 'embedded in ground' cameo
• China Sharpshooter 'snipe infantry from buildings' button cameo

American Factions:

• SWAT Vans now only take 20% damage from angry mobs
• USA Heavy Infantry build time reduced: 25 -> 18

Armor General:

• Field Guns now benefit from MOAB upgrades Fuel-Air feature. Sorry in advance, it's pretty disgusting
• Battery Emplacement changes
  Health decreased: 1700 -> 1500
• Cost increased: $1,500 -> $2,500
• Build time increased: 35 -> 45 seconds
• Power requirement increased: 5 -> 6

Airforce General:

• Spectre Gunship build time increased: 20 -> 45 seconds
• Spectre Gunship price increased: $2,000 -> $3,500
• Fixed Spectre Gunship minigun firing angles

Super Train General:

• Did things to the Shatterer

LASER General:

• New structure! PDL Tower!
• Zaps all the f*cking missiles!
• Does nothing else!
• Has minimum range

China Nuke General:

• Infantry now tiny-explode prior to Isotope Upgrade
• It doesn't do much damage, but units that crush will receive mild damage

China Scumbag Artillery General:

• Sentinel Tower no longer has anti-air capability
• Sentinel Tower provides "long-range-gatling-artillery-support"

GLA Demo:

• Some more tweaks to building armor related to Particle Cannons

DR. THRAX:

• Fixed an issue where Mega Man Cannon shells would not detonate properly with Viscera Weapons upgrade upon hitting a structure
