Got to file location: C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Half-Life 2\hl2\custom (If you do not have a custom folder manual create it by right clicking, press New, then click Folder and rename it to "custom") (Keep in mind you can only use this if you have an official copy otherwise put all the contents of the mod in your directory of half life 2 (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Half-Life 2\hl2)
