Hello! it's me! Carlos!
What ? Have no idea who am I ? I'm the one who tortured you guys with preview images, EVERY. SINGLE. DAY!!!
So... are you all getting tired of preview images yet ? No ? Seriously ? Too bad, since I'm tired of them already! For that, today we're gonna do something a little bit... diffirent. Today, we're gonna watch a VIDEO:
Noticed anything ? A NEW SWORD!!! Excited ? HELL YEAH!!!
One more thing for you guys to excited about: WE WILL CREATE A HIDDEN QUEST FOR IT!
Ready to reload your save game as many time as it take to finish the quest correctly, and get this powerful weapon at the end as a reward. This tachi, my friends, will be the most powerful melee weapon ingame.
That's it for today.
Sincerely, Carlos_de_Tonkin.
Sweet, can't wait.
Everything is looking great boss! Although, the running animation looks funny and weird, no offense though!
The running animation was from Animation Submod for Gekokujo, we will try to adjust it to make the movements look more natural.
Personal opinion: Think your running animation is much better than the vanilla one, really glad that you put a personal touch to it.
Disagree with your opinion on the running animation wholeheartedly.
Hi,
please do not take my opinion as offensive. Just trying to be constructive here :) Your mod seems to be very historically accurate, and that's really good. But please remember about one thing: Japanese armors wasn't made from metal. Well, not in general. Your armors shining like dogs balls all over. Wood, paper(!) and some metal plates here and there, but made as matt material, not the shining one so specular should be little less visible. It can be done with proper shader and specular map adjusted to it. Also some bump/normal map more visible would be nice. I know I may be wrong, because you can't see all the details correctly on YT due to compression. If I'm wrong then please ignore my post and accept my apologise.
Regards

What would really stand out from yours if you would add unsheathing and sheathing animations. It really bugs me in gekokujo, basically all warband mods is that. After a kill I want to put away my katana in a very smooth badass way. Other than that, the technique, stance, even the draw of the swing of the katana (I prefer to pull it straight out, the same way I sheath my katana). Oh yeah, probably the basic stance when the katana is drawn (I only draw when I need it) to be Chūdan-no-kamae, a balance between attacking and defending. But other than that man, keep up the good work, would really love to play your mod.
