It’s Thursday again and time for some good ole PoE:2 news. Let’s begin by welcoming our two latest additions to the Development Staff. Wuzit joins us as a coder and he’s been working hard with getting our infantry weapons into game. Yesterday PDude joined us as a modeler. The PoE team now consists of developers from the following countries: Canada, USA, Germany, France, Norway, the Netherlands, England, Australia, and Israel.

For renders let us introduce the M-240d 7.62 Machine Gun which will be mounted on various vehicles and the Su-25 Frogfoot which is flying Ukraine’s insignias. We had to add “Tank busters” into our mod and I’m sure the troops on the ground will be happy to have their air support (unless your at the receiving end!)

What we would like to show next are three in-game screenshots of the graveyard located in northwest part of Ukraine near Rivne. You may also notice the P8 in the graveyard picture. Look forward to seeing more ingame shots of small arms and player reskins in the future.

Keeping the best for last!

The AAVP7A1 and the M1A2 Main Battle Tank. Both are in-game and ready for battle.

The PoE Development team would like to thank all of the BF:2 community websites that are getting the word out about PoE:2 - Please look at our Point of Existence Links Page to see where our news is being posted at.

There never was a bf1942 one. You're probably thinking of the BfV version. That engine wasn't the best for what we tried to use it for, but the Bf:2 engine is alot better on this, so there should be no need for worrying about lag (unless you're already having is when playing Bf2).
