Update on the development of Hjermskiir, including release estimate, current state and what's generally happening with the mod.

Hjermskiir is a large project. It encompasses many aspects of mods for The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim, including retexturing, landscape creation, interior structure and design, quest design and development, NPC design and development and creature creation. While we are able to use many resources from the Nexus (which will all be credited), there is a lot of work to do.

Firstly, NPC development. We have two designated and talented NPC creators in the team, who both have experience in the Creation Kit. This will speed up the development of Hjermskiir by a large scope, as NPCs tend to be a very time consuming endeavor. I am designing all of the interiors for each building, it's just a case of implementing them and connecting their AI packages up.

Secondly, city development. While the exteriors are all pretty much done, there is a lot of cluttering and furniture placement to do in the exteriors of all of these cities. They are definitely improving, though. This is something I am handling myself, as I have plenty of experience with exterior worldspace development. This will definitely not take much time.

Finally, the big one, quest development. This is where I have very little experience. I have decided that I am going to find someone else to help me with this, as quest development has proven fairly difficult to me. Writing the main quest is something I can do, but implementation, I could do with a bit of help with it.

As for the release date of this mod, optimistically, I am hoping for somewhere towards the end of November, 2015. I was hoping to get this mod finished before Fallout 4 so it became as popular as can be without the hype of Fallout 4 not only taking the attention of the community away but my attention too (I am a big Fallout fan), but it would give everyone something to do on Skyrim while anticipation is in the works.

Anyway, that's all I have to say for now. More news will be coming in the future, on an irregular basis. Thanks for reading!
