European Conflict is recruiting! That's right soldier, step up and be counted, because we need you more than ever. As EC nears the possibility of release, we are up to our eyeballs in work on the mod, resulting in a rather large workload for every member. Combine this with the so called 'Real Life' that we have to lead (sigh), our team members could do with a little relief. This is where you come in. We are currently looking for people to contribute in the following areas:

Skinning: A key role in the creation of any mod is skinning, it brings the entire mod to life. Currently the most required skins are those of buildings, thus can be skinned in higher quality. Furthermore, there is the possibility of designing a new skin style for a portion of the remaining work, meaning that you can do whatever you want, to a degree. You should be competent in using texturing tools, and be able to design your work to specifically suit the feel of the entire game. UV unwrapping, while a bonus, is not required, and if you feel you are not quite up to par, do not hesitate to apply, people improve their skills, and Pav3d is a competent teacher if you need to slightly bring your skills up to scratch.

Modelling: While not as required as skinners, competent modellers are essential in any mod,and if you have what you feel it takes to model for EC, feel free to apply, we can use all the help that we can get, even if you would only like to contribute a few models unofficially. Ability to rig, bone and animate models is always a bonus, but it is not required to be a part of the team.

Cameo Artist/2D artist: With the sheer number of units, buildings, upgrade and general powers that we are adding into the mod, it is becoming increasingly apparent that we need someone skilled in 2D art to assist Pav3d in creating the cameos and other 2D art objects in the game. Knowledge of Photoshop/GIMP is essential, and it is preferable to have rendering means of your own with which to capture the units and buildings for their cameos, such as 3DS Max.

We do truely hope that should you be interested, you will apply, as we are looking to bring this mod to fruition with the highest possible quality. The more help we get, the faster we release, and the sooner everyone will be able to enjoy the mod. And don't forget, if you apply, and you are successful, you will be one of the select few able to the play the private internal beta, with all of its attached goodies! Thanking you for your time, this is the EC Team, signing off.

If you're interested then please reply in this thread Forum.falloutstudios.net , here on ModDB or PM Myself, Samster01 or Pav3d on here or Fallout Studios!

All I can do is draw decently. It's unlikely you'll need any more of that skill at all, so I'm sorry, can't offer anything.

Models = Yes
Bones = Yes
Animating = nope = not yet
Texturing = nope = not yet
Coding the made model = Yes
Time needed for this = about a week(College, not much free time)
Experience = little, can do 4 wheeled suspension and frontwheel steering, rest not tried yet.
Program = GMAX -> Renx(converting to w3d)
So i would be able to create one or two vehicles on demand as external contributor.
