You will not believe it, and neither will I.
Around two hours ago, I was about to write an article about cancelling Year Zero. I had a very gutted feeling about it, even to a point where I've never felt that bad about cancelling something. I was about to write how I am about to finish the one mod I announced way back (The Chosen Ones 2, check it out: Moddb.com (I will finish this too after Year Zero)). The reason why I would have cancelled the mod was due to the actual amount of progress being lost being far more than I initually thought it was - hence, I would have been overwhelmed by all the things I should have done again.
Since I have the incredibly tough tendency to get sidetracked with everything I do due to suffering from a severe case of ADD, I decided to stumble across The Chosen Ones 2 folder I had saved ages prior, in the middle of writing the artice. I opened The Chosen Ones 2. Guess what I found from the folder?
The entirety of Year Zero. The custom menu, the logo. The maps, the story, the scripts. Everything.
Turns out that I apparently had placed the backup file into the other folder in the same cloud service. I can not express this amount of happiness I feel now. I have the new computer, the entire mod saved, and a shitton of motivation. Things could not be any better.
As for new things - there are none to show, as I have not yet made progress, but I can assure you all that that will soon change. I am filled with motivation, along with a fine new PC, and everything available - the project is back from the dead, quite literally.
More news - a new member could possibly be joining to the project. More about that later.
Stay hyped, and until the next time, see ya'll!!

So you did do a cloud backup after all - but it was not where you thought ;-) Super news, waiting for this one with great interest.
Thank you so much for the awesome support!!
