It's honestly not as awful as I was expecting. I'm quite suprised so well done on the work you've put in on this mod.
However, if you just put a little more effort into bolstering the appearance, presence and overall concept of the mod as a whole then it would be a good competitor to be one of many people's favourite mod for Yuri's Revenge.
Let me start by suggesting that you simply write down all the units, infantry, buildings, super weapons, support weapons, etc, into a nice easy to read 'Tech Tree' showcase.
For example check out Mental Omega's website and go on the page "The Factions". Likewise, check out Rise Of The East's website and factions page.
I tell you for why this helps. Not only is it engaging for the player but it also help players find out info on the enemy they are playing against. I'm currently playing a 4 player battle and someone has some damn annoying earthquake support power that is annoying as hell but I have no idea who has it or how to destroy it.
Now I notice you don't have a website and that's fine. If you aren't any good at web coding or simply don't want to have to make a website then you could do this as an article on ModDb or maybe even as large uploaded images.
Have a think about it. If you need any help you can find many people willing to help on the Mod Heaven Discord or you can even ask me.
Do not forget Red-Resurrection. Even the mod do not update.
