The Xenoforce Reborn mod takes the classic Xenoforce mod from CNC Generals and re-invisions it on the CNC3 engine with new units and new designs. The new armies that are currently scheduled to be in the mod are the Earth Federation, ZEON, the Invid, and the Earth Robotech Defense Force. We also have heavily modified the original CNC3 armies, giving the GDI, NOD, and Scrin a much more dynamic gameplay experience. This mod is NOT FOR PROFIT and NON-commercial based.
Here's a new pic of the NOD Time Bubble. Instead of a "bubble" we've gone with a, well, a "wall". You move past the wall/field? Your slowed down bud.
Seems like a technology that Scrin would posses, seeing as how they can "warp" or control movement so to speak. Very interesting ability none the less, wonder what it would do to non-laser projectiles? XD
A lot of NODs tech could be looked at as advanced by our standards or "Crude implementation" of Scrins tech. Where Scrin could do something like this in a localized form (remember their crystal shield power that froze a small group of enemies in place?) NOD can only do a "dirty" version that is imprecise (covers a large area) and doesn't completely do the same job (a time slower instead of a time stopper). Remember NOD had the Tacitus.
Also this doesn't slow down projectiles, just the units firing. The idea is super-fast moving things wouldn't see any real difference considering the speed they are moving at.
