The Xenoforce Reborn mod takes the classic Xenoforce mod from CNC Generals and re-invisions it on the CNC3 engine with new units and new designs. The new armies that are currently scheduled to be in the mod are the Earth Federation, ZEON, the Invid, and the Earth Robotech Defense Force. We also have heavily modified the original CNC3 armies, giving the GDI, NOD, and Scrin a much more dynamic gameplay experience. This mod is NOT FOR PROFIT and NON-commercial based.

Okay, some people and users who were asking them if they want some models for the game. No, because Xenoforce Reborn staff cannot make a lot of them in some reasons. So I got a plan for this:

If you want to make models and donate to them:

Then you need the one of the following:
3DS Max 7 or 9 (I recommend to get 3DS Max 7 here)
Then you need "C&C 3 SDK" for modding C&C 3 Tiberium Wars.

And there might be useful to look at for models is at MAHQ, Robotech Website, Robotech TSC and Gundam Wikia < reliable source.

That should help, but this might be hard for new modeler.

All done!

BTW: If really like this mod and want to help, just go for it.

(updated)
If you use any 3d program you make other than 3DS Max, you need to get theses exports for the other programs.
If you using Google Sketch-up, recommend it upgrade to Pro edition, but an high expensive.
3D Studio Mesh (.3DS,.PRJ) AutoCAD (.DXF), 3D Studio Shape (.SHP)
Another Way you can is to go to the Forums
And you need the Autodesk FBX < click on the "Auto Desk 3ds max design FBX 2012 or lower"
Note: Sketch-up Pro time evaluation expires, you have to register, which means don't use this.
I'll find some other programs that would able to export to 3DS Max.

a few things to note about the cnc3 engine. the engine is not polygon limited like most engines, its vector/face limited. this means that if you have a model that only has 5 polys but each polygon has 50 faces the game will run worse than if you had a model with 20 polys each with 5 faces.

also animations can be a nightmare at times. i have had animations run perfectly using w3x viewer but in game just not work right, so if it doesnt work the first time dont give upaq

Well this should help these new C&C 3 modders advice! I have completed a long mod plans so we need to get alot of modelers by recruit, or get models from donates.

I do have a ton of models that were donated to me for Gundam stuff along with all of the models from the original Xenoforce mod for Generals. Much of what I have isn't going to get used though due to other things/not needed. For example I have a better version of Wing Zero that I could have used but the number of faces that the other version has is sitting at about 20X the one I used and once you get a lot of them on screen the game laaaaaaags horribly. Also I don't have textures for a lot of the models that I was given. I'm not complaining, free models are free models and are defiantly useful, I am just pointing out things that I've found.
One of these days I should actually write up a list of what models I already have......

Well then, go for it. List all the models you already have:
