Upgrading a tank costs $200, and you can upgrade up to 9 tanks at a time. If you don't meet that number, the extra money will be refunded to you

During the upgrade, it cannot fire and is penalized for speed, so upgrading in combat is not a wise choice

why "Revolution"? i just mean in West this word is kinda not often to hear as they too much "afraid of it"(communisto-phobia :D) plus revolution means total change of vector approach.
just IMHO, "Modernise Upgrade" or "Evolution Upgrade" would be more suitable.
