This Mod aims to grope for TS engine's cap for fans to show a totally different world from command and conquer , from the world view setting, plot, battle, side, unit, model, and the graphic effects, sound effects, and some detail part, with any on the market a command and conquer and MOD completely different, as much as possible to adopt the new technology. We also made breakthroughs and innovations in game mechanics, including but not limited to synergy, POW systems, fog of war, etc. Although the MOD is marketed as realistic, there is still a certain amount of fiction and a balance between gameplay and realism that is acceptable to even light players.

Looks great, but about language:

СОСТОЯНИЕ:АВТОНОМНАЯ is kinda wrong in russian, wrong gender. More correct would be состояние:автономное.
Продаю means i'm selling something now. Продать or Продажа will be a right word there.
Союзы would be better than Союз.
Also there's no need for ИЗ in ВЫХОД.

Thank you very much! I will fix the wrong parts. I'm sorry I don't know anything about Russian so I had to use machine translation. :P

>СОСТОЯНИЕ: АВТОНОМНОЕ
That's "condition: autonomous" with the right gender coordination (neuter).

A better alternative would be, to my mind, "radar: offline". I know that in a certain context the En-Ru dictionary can give автономный when you look up offline, but it's not really suitable here. Отключен means leaterally "turned off" or "unplugged" and that's a direct equivalent to "offline".
>РАДАР: ОТКЛЮЧЕН

Next, as ZeroSF pointed out, ПРОДАЮ is a continuous form, and the infinitive ПРОДАТЬ (lit. "to sell [once]") would be the best here. As in,
>I want to sell my car. Хочу продать мою машину.

ВЫХОД is exit, on Russian sites often serves as "log out" button. The preposition is unnecessary.

СОЮЗ is alliance, singular. Here, the plural would be better: союзы. The best thing, of course, would have been the plural noun for "allies", but союзники is a bit too long for the button. So, СОЮЗЫ, "alliances".

ЗАПАС is literally stock/holding/available supplies, so it's okay.

Leopard is a big cat by definition. Maybe leave just Leopard?

What a detailed explanation...Thank you for your advice! I always confuse lynx, ocelot, leopard cat and caracal... So I've decided not to name it with a cat... XD
