This mod serves as a fan-made, unofficial expansion pack for Wolfenstein 3D that contains 30 new levels, 10 levels in each new episodes, two new guns (both that can be located on the original levels too) and an automap for orientation purposes. It'll be made for both DOS and SDL engines and the planned release date is May 05, 2022.
30 years ago, the first version of a ground breaking game was released on May 5. The game that created an entire genre, this game is none other than Wolfenstein 3D! Now, 30 years later, a 30th anniversary edition is finally released!

hi awesome work, just wandering is it possible to run in a wolf3d port? cheers XD
@Wolf3DGuy
Any chance this could be made working with ECWolf in the future?
No.
Ok. Using SDL is there a way to zoom in the picture more so I don't have black bars on top and bottom on a widescreen monitor (2560 x 1440 resolution)?
Example: Imgur.com
Since the SDL engine still doesn't have proper resolution support, all you can do is make a batch file with these commands "WOLF3D --resf 2560 1440". Hence the lack of support mentioned before, some ingame screens will look glitchy, like menus and end level screens. For now this is all I can do. Hope that helps.
Thanks for the info. I think I'll then leave things just the way they are. It's not that it bothers me in any way. Would just have been nice to have the whole thing running in real full screen without the black borders.
Do I need files from Wolf 3D to run this? I have the game installed and I'm using ECWolf but I can't get this to run.
This is a DOS & SDL mod, which means it is not compatible with ECWolf. The mod comes as a full-package with all files included that's necessary, you can just run the .exe, either with DOSBox if you want to play the DOS version, or run the SDL exe which runs just fine on modern OS's.
I know it doesn't, I clicked the wolf3d.exe and it said can't find audio
I have checked all 3 versions, everything works fine. Are you trying to run the SDL versions without. Do you have any audio output device plugged into your computer? SDL versions tend to freak out if you have no audio input at all.
No, I only have USB devices for my wireless keyboard and mouse, no wired headset, I do have my soundbar plugged in, but I need that for like sound lol.
May I ask what the error message actually is?
Unable to open audio, WASPl,can't find request audio endpoint, element not found, SD_Preparesound(0) Digilist not initialized
Yep, just as I expected, you need to plug in a device, either speakers or headset via cable, guess that soundbar just can't work.
Dang, even on a modern PC attached to a TV. :(
Sadly that's how the SDL engine works, guess you could try using the DOS version, that doesn't have issues like this.
