"Just because it's popular doesn't mean it should be the port of choice when it comes to some of the features, you see, scripting does have its boundaries.
Besides, I see no reason to release an ECWolf port, since the SDL port can already do every feature of why people tend to use ECWolf for, you've got an automap, modern controls and aspect ratio options (which isn't fully supported yet)."
