There is. It was made for the orcs in The Last Days of the Third Age. It just is a pain in the *** to do.
They could just reuse our (TLD) skeleton. It's available and it should work fine.
"Gee Brain, what do you want to do tonight?"
"The same thing we do every night Pinky, try and take over the world..."
