War of Powers is a RA3 mod with a fictional background depicting the outbreak of the Cold War. WoP involves a great number of real-world units and tactics, while the mod itself also concentrates on overall balancing. The mod would definitely bring players with unique gaming experience different from what they can receive from the original RA3. The background setting is still an alternate history but much closer to the Generals Universe rather than the Red Alert Universe.

Will a new set of maps specifically for the mod be provided?
I imagine it will be hard to impossible to fit such "Holy Crap" sized buildings on the vanilla maps.
I currently have some maps under test just like this one but it is really hard to decorate them with the current RA3 world builder.
When will there be Naval Units?
There will be two kinds of Navy——the big all Naval combat maps with Aircraft Carriers, Battleships, and nuclear submarines；the Normal Amphibious maps with Gun Boats, Coast patrol vessels，Landing Ships, etc.
