War of Powers is a RA3 mod with a fictional background depicting the outbreak of the Cold War. WoP involves a great number of real-world units and tactics, while the mod itself also concentrates on overall balancing. The mod would definitely bring players with unique gaming experience different from what they can receive from the original RA3. The background setting is still an alternate history but much closer to the Generals Universe rather than the Red Alert Universe.

It seems to me that this is the 'commando gliders' of the British from Company of Heroes
You mean by functionality as a Barrack or War Factory？
Well ... I think as a War Factory.
In CoH, there seem to be three of these 'callable' gliders, the first as a barracks for the production of squad of commandos, the second as a factory for the production of Tetrarchs, and the third as a 'headquarters' (more like the second barracks) for the production of machine guns, mortars, and anti-tank squads.
