A mod for Victoria 2 HOD that adds several new game mechanics, UI improvements, and extra starting bookmarks.

Description

Checksum CQOU after 2nd startup. Removed province size modifiers that get applied at the start of the game based on population size and replaced them with Farm and Mine Expansion buildings that increase the size of their respective RGOs by 100% per level. Countries outside of China, India, and Sub-Saharan Africa start with enough expansions to employ most of their POPs while China, India, and Sub-Saharan Africa only employ half their POPs at the start. Farm Expansions are capped at 50 and require no tech while Mine Expansions are capped at 6 and require metallurgy tech. Added University building from TGC. Made National Ideas event based instead of tech based and brought back the Economic Theory techs. Tweaked national ideas a bit and added more inventions to lategame techs. Added decision for the UK to collect taxes from EIC every 10 years. Improved the economies of Central Powers in 1913 and 1914 in order to allow them to sustain the war for several more years.
