Description
Checksum DRDP after 2nd startup. Rebalanced some economy stuff and added 2 more factory goods: synthetic rubber and synthetic sulphur. China now has a new opium addiction mechanic that severely hampers the country but can be gotten rid of if they win the opium war. Fixed the music issue for good this time.
