In chilean coffe shop he met a great californian entrepeneur-extraordinaire Henry Meiggs. Both of the men allegedly got so high on opium, that, after being kicked out of the fine establishment, Meiggs wanted to tour mr.Olszanski on his trusty ship. While on the deck they decided to fire the guns and, cruel fate decided that the cannonball lands in the presidential manor. To err is human, but to run is just a sober decision making on the part of the gentlemen. They've landed in Gdynia and Meiggs decided to build us some rail. The Mayor, on the other hand, found manpower needed, and has decided to name the venture "Sarmat Express";;;;

He left promptly after finishing Sarmat Express which was well received by poles, who decided to donate noble clothing for train operators. three months after his departure the townhall of Port Au Prince had received a note demanding payment in gold for the damages caused on behalf of mr.Meiggs to chilean State. Apparently the letter visited both USA and Peru before finding its way to us. Various guarantees indicate that, were we to not comply, a declaration of war by the British Empire and USA would follow.
