Can you fix the mod, please? Make it so there's an actual title screen, and have it so that the "USS Darkstar" chapter announcement thing doesn't show up at the beginning of every map.
I stubbled across this mod after learning a bit more about the devs of They Hunger.
It's a space themed mod and devs try to show it every single time possible. I guess that is a good decision since it helps to emphasize mod's atmosphere. Though the feeling of being an astronaut is somewhat lost at parts with closed spaces (no windows or anything beside that to see that you're in space). But those few parts has some distinctive features of their own.
For example, the most memorable one is the part when you become microscopic and get inside some kind of machine to fix the problem related to engine of a spacecraft (it was straight up pain in the *** to fight against vorts and alien controllers in such claustrophobic and not-so-easy-to-see space. Do yourself a favor and play on Easy or Medium difficulty).
I got lost a couple times. It's either me or level design is not so intuitive. In Youtube walkthroughs we trust!
To sum it all up, I would recommend to try this one out if you want to get acquainted with the early (pre-They-Hunger) work of the "Black Widow Games" team and if you fancy space-themed mods and media in general. Besides that, nothing to be crazy about. Just a regular mod with it's pros and cons.

Sorry if I just don't understand a "classic" but I don't get what's the appeal of this mod. I suppose the level design, it looks cool, but the gameplay hasn't been fun at all so far - really confusing goals and map layout and so far it just keeps throwing more enemies at my face without any sort of direction.
Also, for God's sake, how was I ever supposed to know that the metal crates that aren't breakable in base HL and in ANY OTHER MOD are breakable here?
I agree. For how highly rated it is, I felt the gameplay was tedious with constant roadblocks and kinda lame scripting/atmosphere. Really didn't sell me on the ship with boring, propless hallways and confusing level design/direction. There are many better mods out there with a lower rating.

Awesome mod I played it in VR. It's like an alternate reality half life with the plot being a mash up of Alien movies and Half life 1's story. 10/10 in VR!!
