This mod aims to make forts more useful by giving them access to taxes, more garrison and three mutually exclusive superbuildings. This mod has no French, German or Spanish localisation as of yet, because I simply don't speak those languages. This mod was written for CK2 2.5, it does not work with previous versions and is not ironman compatible as it changes checksum.

Hey everyone!


I've made a new version of the mod, it's probably going to be something like 0.75 or something alike. I fixed a couple of localisation issues with the Golden Shrine and the Arrow Slits.

Please note that I will try to take suggestions into account, if you have any suggestions at all, leave a comment or send me a message ;).

Also, French, German and Spanish localisation is sort of a thing now! I used google translate for most of it though, I simply am not proficient enough at French and German to do a good translation and I don't speak any Spanish at all, but I thought that something's better than nothing, so there is is.

"What if you made the forts give a defensive bonus since thats what you'd use forts for."

How do you mean? I believe the walls add extra fort level and the hunter camps add extra garisson. Do you want a defensive bonus for the county? Because I could look into that ;)

Hi. I have problem with this mod. I have list of buildings in Fort building panel, but I cant build them (no symbol for lack of money, lack of technology etc., just number "I", name of building and nothing more). I am using CKII version 2.4.5, is that problem? Thanks for help.

This mod was written for CKII version 2.5, so opting out of 2.4.5 might help. I'll look into backwards compatibility, but can't make any promises. Also, I'm not a high end modder, I just made this in a couple of hours, because I wanted to learn to mod buildings into the game. Just thought I would share this with you guys, because I like how it turned out and hope you guys will like it as well!
