Here is a mini-mod I made for personal use but decided to share it with the modding community. For very lazy reasons the entirety of the mod is only on english. If you have ever had a lover that bore you a child to another man (the husband)(cuckoo) but later felt that you wanted to acknowledge that hidden bastard of yours then you are in luck!

Has it got fertility problems?
Has this been updated for newer versions? I love the mod but now can't seem to get it working
Actually, sorry. It does work with cuckolding, but not with children who have been denounced (meaning children from single mothers)
