Single map for DOOM II with a possible ongoing in a future with a fleshy dark atmosphere. "Unsure" of what I did here ;) Enjoy it!
UNSURE
Since it's my first map some little issues can be found but I will keep fixing and updating!
The theme is kind of weird, that was the whole purpose
Why the name "UNSURE":
I wanted to make something weird and unique using flesh textures with plants... Plants would never grow in flesh zones!!!, they do here, tho... I began to map the first thing that I imagined in my head without a sense.
Totally unsure of what I made, but with interesting results.
Since it's a single map it will still take a little while to finish but I may make some more maps in a future!
For now enjoy this as I keep learning and improving for future maps, thank you

Single map for DOOM II with a possible ongoing in a future with a fleshy dark atmosphere. Based on a totally "unsure" idea ;) Enjoy it!
Damn that looks amazing
thank you!
Can it be that a secret doesn't work at all Please check it out. Otherwise I find the map really good and is very difficult to play. As I said, I found 2 Secrets and with the 3 Secret I suspect an editing error.
Hello! All secrets work! I will just tell you (whenever you press a certain switch that seems to do nothing... Run to reach the secret!) Ok... it's at the beginning of the map .... Cause I know which one you mean (95% sure)
And thanks!
I found the third secret. When I go through the exit, the final battle will come. I can make it to the Final Exit. Why do they keep listing the monsters? Can't they be destroyed for good? Thanks for your answer. Again, this is a very good first-round map.
Icon of Sin always keeps throwing monsters. Glad you made it, tho!
Thanks :)
Hello, I have recorded a video. Feel free to post it in your Doomworld thread.
thanks!!!!
Hey, I've just given it a run. The design aesthetic is very artistically beautiful and I like a lot of the custom decor you've added here and there like the tenticles and the enemies. Much of the gameplay was stimulating and fun as well through some of the first sections. I wasn't keen on the tightwalk, during the switch puzzle, since it was a bit finnicky to navigate-- and some areas like the large checkered room with the black pool beneath a floating flatform were a bit difficult to understand what the objective was and what the switch was supposed to open, so I think you should streamline and convey better what the goal is and what certain things open if you've seen them before. I never felt too overwhelmed or dry on health or ammo, though which is a plus. It's cool that you seem to have gotten a grasp on small advanced techniques like 3D sectors and dybamic lighting. This is very ambitious for a first release and I implore you to keep learning and mapping! Great work!
Thanks so much! I will fix some little things and keep in mind these advices for future maps!
Thanks for playing I'm glad you liked it
