idk, maybe before the warp or something? necrons weren't created by the old ones so it's possible
Looks great and the rest of the races will get their own Titan unit building as well I imagine.
Looks nice, the build space requirement seems a tad excessive though.

I am glad that the necrons got what they deserved, they were shown too weak like guards. His artificial intelligence was very weak but a savior came and saved him!

The Seraptek is more like the necron version of an imperial knight.
well the only other thing I know that can be call titan or something like it is tesseract vault or maybe they had make something new we will see
